Perotec Systems is the authorized representative of six established international manufacturers of plastic processing equipment. Representation here does not mean sales alone: for each manufacturer we take on supply, installation and commissioning, spare parts, service and technical support, with a single point of contact for the entire project.
Together, these six manufacturers cover the complete injection molding production line — from the machine itself, through material preparation and conveying, mold temperature control and hot runner regulation, to part removal automation and machine cleaning during material or colour changes. None of them overlaps with another: each covers its own part of the process.
Why source the whole line from one supplier
When the machine, dryer, temperature control unit, chiller, hot runner controller and robot all come from different suppliers, every production problem turns into a question of whose responsibility it is. With a single representative for every component of the line, sizing is coordinated from the start — coolant flow matches the machine's actual load, dryer capacity matches granulate throughput, and the robot is selected for the height and cycle of that specific machine.
The same applies to service: instead of working out who is responsible, you get one service team that knows the whole line and its interdependencies. This matters most with the typical problems that have several possible causes — for example, a high dew point can be a dryer problem, but equally one of airflow or of sealing in the material conveying system.
How we choose the manufacturers we represent
Every manufacturer in our programme is selected on three criteria: technology proven in series production, long-term spare parts availability, and the factory's willingness to support service in the region. That is why the programme contains no improvised solutions — these are manufacturers with decades of production behind them, references in demanding industries (automotive, medical, packaging) and a clear spare parts policy for older models.

Yes. We service equipment from these manufacturers regardless of whether it was purchased through us, including older machines and units. For other manufacturers we can assist with diagnosis and with replacement by an equivalent model.
