S.I.S.E.
S.I.S.E. (Société Industrielle de Service Electrique) is a French manufacturer of process control and monitoring equipment for the plastics and composites industries, founded in 1971 in Oyonnax — the region of eastern France known as "Plastics Valley". The company employs around 90 people, 20 of them in research and development, and has supplied more than 400,000 installed hot runner control zones worldwide since its founding.
What S.I.S.E. manufactures
- Hot runner temperature controllers — a modular series for smaller zone counts and the MV3 multizone series up to 336 zones
- Sequential valve gate control for managing the mold filling sequence
- MES production monitoring systems and machine connectivity for Industry 4.0 environments
- Water temperature control units from the e-Therm range
Why S.I.S.E. control
The hot runner is the part of the tool where the quality the machine has already achieved is most easily lost. Material dwells in the runner longer than anywhere else in the cycle, so any zone with unstable temperature either degrades the material or changes its viscosity and with it the cavity filling.
- Permanent self tuning — the software recalculates optimal parameters for each zone while running, with no manual retuning when the process changes
- Scalable from 2 to 336 zones, with 2.5 A, 15 A, 20 A and 30 A power cards matched to actual heater load
- Filling sequence control through sequential pin actuation, moving weld lines away from visible surfaces
- Process and production monitoring through MES, with data per machine, tool and shift
- References in demanding industries — automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, packaging and technical parts
S.I.S.E. in Serbia and the region
Perotec Systems is the authorized representative for S.I.S.E. in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
We select the controller configuration for the specific tool — zone count, heater power and thermocouple type — and for whether sequential valve gate control is required. We handle supply, commissioning on the tool, software training and spare parts, including cards and modules for controllers already in service.

What does S.I.S.E. manufacture?
S.I.S.E. manufactures hot runner temperature controllers (modular units from 8 to 24 zones and multizone units from 8 to 336 zones), sequential valve gate control, water temperature control units and MES production monitoring systems.
Why does hot runner control matter for part quality?
Every hot runner zone has to hold the material temperature stable through each injection phase. A deviation in one zone causes uneven cavity filling, weld lines and material degradation in the overheated zone. On a multi-cavity tool the difference between a good and a poor controller is measured in scrap percentage per shift.
What does "permanent self tuning" mean?
Software developed by S.I.S.E. continuously recalculates the optimal settings for each zone and reacts to changes in process parameters while running, instead of relying on values set at startup. That holds temperature stable even as cycle, ambient temperature or material change.
What is sequential valve gate control for?
Opening and closing individual valve pins in sequence controls the order in which the mold fills. This moves or removes weld lines on visible surfaces and evens out filling on large parts such as bumpers and interior trim.
Who supplies and services S.I.S.E. equipment in Serbia?
