Asaclean UB Grade

UB Grade is a food-certified, polyolefin-based purging compound for color and material changes across injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. Its smooth flow and low residue make it injectable into the mold, so it moves easily through intricate hot runner systems and multi-cavity tools.

We recommend UB Grade in food and packaging production where a food-contact approved compound is required, especially on hot-runner tools. For general color changes without food-contact requirements see CP Grade; for technical polymers on almost all hot runners without food-contact needs U Grade.
