A space-saving 2-platen all-electric injection molding machine
The JSW J-F series is an ultra-large all-electric injection molding machine with the shortest machine length in its class, thanks to a 2-platen clamping mechanism. By electrifying every operation except the mold-clamping cylinder, it delivers accurate operation and a significant cycle-time reduction. This compact layout enables thin-wall, precision, faster-cycle molding of very large parts. Servo drives with absolute encoders keep accuracy at 0.01 mm — the level of a CNC machine.
