The JSW JT08RAD is a compact, fast-cycle all-electric vertical injection molding machine with industry-leading dry cycle and table rotation speed. It is particularly suited to high-mix, low-volume production and delivers very high productivity. Servo drives with absolute encoders keep accuracy at 0.01 mm — the level of a CNC machine — for precise, repeatable insert molding.

Stable clamping force

By adopting an all-electric direct-mechanism clamp unit, the JT08RAD achieves extremely high reproducibility of clamping force and setting follow-up. Because clamping force stays constant at all times, molded-part quality is stabilized, mold maintenance frequency is reduced, and mold life is extended.
