DUG SERIES

The DUG is the gravimetric variant of the DUV dosing platform, adding a dual load cell system for higher-precision automatic dosing of masterbatches, additives and regranulated material on injection molding, blow molding and extruder lines.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Dosing range 0.07–17.5 kg/h (DUG10), 0.15–32.5 kg/h (DUG30), 4.5–72 kg/h (DUG60)
• Rated power 0.16 kW, 110–230V/50Hz, noise level <80 dBA
• Weight 18–29 kg depending on model
• Air flow 105 Nl/min (DUG10-30) or 248 Nl/min (DUG60); water flow 5 l/min on cooled "H" versions
