High-speed robots – ZXW-VIP series

The top-entry robots of the ZXW-VIP series are the ideal solution for extremely fast production cycles, achieving take-out times lower than one second and reducing open-mould time significantly.

Built for speed

Prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings and brushless motors with toothed-belt drive guarantee positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm even at high speed. The telescopic vertical arm reduces overall height, and the STEC-520B controller automatically adjusts the operation cycle to the moulding time.

Applications

Particularly suited to food packaging systems and IML (In-Mould Labeling), where fast and accurate handling is critical.

Energy saving

Eco mode saves up to 25% of power consumption through temporary servo motor stopping and pendant backlight shutoff.
